Since the day my wife and I bought our lake house 8 years ago, I have struggled to find anybody I could count on, that I could trust, that didn’t try to gouge me with “waterfront pricing,” and that didn’t run off with my money prior to finishing the job. This is a common thread amongst folks that own on the water on Lake Livingston so instead of continuing down that path of frustration, I decided to open The Lake Life Concierge!!  I grew up in a small business environment that has always been a relationship driven, customer centric, community first, growth model.  After college I found myself in the mortgage business and applied that same growth model to every company I have managed, owned, or consulted for since. IT WORKS, and I want to bring that model to your lake life experience.  Can you imagine how nice it would be to pull up to your second home escape on the lake and not have to spend the first three hours getting everything ready for the weekend. How nice would it be to have the house opened up, your online grocery order already in the fridge, your watercrafts batteries charged, gas tanks full, and looking great? Imagine not having to run to the store for charcoal or another propane tank? Imagine what your Sundays at the lake would be like if you could count on someone else to go dispose of your extra trash, put the covers on your watercrafts, put cushions away, along with outdoor furniture, tubes, floats, etc.  How much time would you save if you had one company you could call to get your lawn maintained, your plumber, your HVAC, pest control, cleaning service, watercrafts winterized, maintained, and detailed? I can’t tell you how many 150 mile “day trips” I have made to meet people at the house for a 10-minute chat about my air conditioner. Let us save you the time and money by taking care of it for you!  I have put together a list of vendors that are both local and from Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe that are looking forward to working on the water. My objective is to remove “waterfront pricing” from the local market and to put SERVICE front and center. If someone would have told me 8 years ago that I could get gas delivered to my boathouse cheaper than what it costs on the water, I might still be hugging them!!  I could go on and on about this, but want to encourage you to give a honk on your way by from the water, stop by on the street, and give a wave when you see our trucks rolling through your neighborhood! My wife Cara, our daughter Kylie, our two Akita pups, and the whole team here at The Lake Life Concierge are very excited to make your lake life amazing, one weekend at a time!
